What is the AP Koushalam scheme?
The AP Koushalam Scheme is a social welfare scheme released by the state government of Andhra Pradesh under the chairmanship of Mr. N. Chandrababu Naidu. Under this scheme government aims to provide job opportunities for all the youth groups of students across the state. Through this scheme government aims to help and support all the graduate, post-graduate, ITI Diploma, and PhD Degree students across the state by providing them with a source to earn a livelihood.

Koushalam Initiative Assessment
Under this scheme, the state government of Andhra Pradesh aims to provide job facilities with a minimum of 10th class qualifications. This is also for graduate and post-graduate students across the state. Through this scheme, the students will be selected with the help of an examination. The students’ selection will start from the second of December for the assessment of the students, as per a mock test.
Examination Pattern
Under this scheme, the exam will be conducted in the early morning and evening. There are a total of 60 minutes for the exam, which involves 15 minutes for the communication test and 45 minutes for the skill test. The total number of questions under this test is 30; beneficiaries need to answer of these questions to qualify for the exam. Through this program, the exam will be conducted at the village and ward Secretariat centres.
Examination Syllabus
The examination Syllabus is as follows:-

- Reasoning Question
- Quantitative Aptitude
- Technical Questioning
- Date Interpretation
For the communication skills assessment, they will take 15 minutes to ask questions to all the candidates. Candidates need to answer the question.
Koushalam Exam Date and Timing
Under this program, the exam date and timing are decided to be conducted in two slots. In the first slot, the timing is 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and for the second slot, the timing is conducted in the evening timing is 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The government decided to give the same time in both slots of 1:00 hours for both the skill assessment and the communication assessment
