About Assam Orunodoi 3.0 Scheme
The Honorable Chief Minister of Assam State, Mr Himanta Biswa Sarma, has launched this incredible female empowerment initiative called Assam orunodoi 3.0 Scheme on 19th September, 2024. Under this scheme, the Government aims to provide financial help to all the women who belong to economically weaker sections of the state. The Authorities will provide financial help of INR 1,250 to all the females who come from below the poverty line categories. The financial help will be provided online by DBT, transferred directly to the beneficiary bank account. As per the reports stated by the Government, this initiative is aimed at providing benefits to 37.2 Lakh females across the state.
