The Chief Minister of Delhi State, Ms Rekha Gupta, has announced the Delhi 2500 Scheme for Ladies in which the Government aims to provide financial help to all the females who come from financially weaker sections of the state. This initiative is also known as Mahila Samriddhi Yojana, launched to provide financial assistance of INR 2500 to all the females who come in the age group between 21 to 60 years of age.
The Government of Delhi state has started to initiate this scheme from 8th March on the occasion of International Women’s Day.
