The state government of West Bengal launched a new portal named didikebolo.com and a new phone number known as 9137091370 for public complaints. This program was started on 19th April 2025. This program is running under the chairmanship of Mamta Banerjee. Under this program, all the residents across the state can report their complaints through this portal or by phone, and all applicants can fill out the application form and avail the benefits of this program. The Didi Ke Bolo Phone Number is a helpline number launched by the state government of West Bengal under the chairmanship of Mamta Banerjee. This number is the first initiative published by the Trinamool Congress (TMC), led by the government of the state.
Under this program there are total of 5,670 offices of 54 government departments are covered in the state. According to the information on 27th October 2025 there are total of 4,930,345 grievances have been lodged out of which are total 3,637,628 have been redressed under this program.
