The Land Pooling Model is a big benefit for farmers because in this system, the farmers will get double the money for their land. Farmers were paid Rs. 34 lakh to Rs. 40 lakh per bigha, but with the help of the land pooling model, they are getting developed plots of Rs. 1.5 crore to 1.75 crore per bigha under the government acquisition. The land pooling system makes farmers stakeholders in development.
